In a similar manner to our disposition process, our agents at Benchmark Property take an appropriate amount of time to get to know new and prospective clients and learn about their property in light of their investment goals and provide a free analysis of the space prior to any formal commitment. Once we’ve taken on a Landlord as a client we will notify our proprietary database of tenant contacts and get to work creating a custom tailored marketing plan designed to target as many of the best potential tenant prospects as possible both passively through online listings and property signage as well as actively through email blasts, direct calls, direct mailings, and any other medium appropriate for the engagement. We do not evaluate ourselves by the number of listings that we’re able to secure – we evaluate ourselves on the number of deals we complete.
